Shipping Policy

All orders over $65 are shipped free. Local orders (Ames, IA) over $40 have 1-2 days free delivery (otherwise $5).

Iowa Native guarantees that all products are described accurately. If for any reason a return is warranted, an exchange of products or refund may be initiated. Clumping, which may occur with the Aronia Berry 4:1 standalone product, does not qualify for a refund. Seal bag tightly, and refrigerate or keep in freezer to prevent clumping.
